God is the only Being that can authorize love being invaluable because of truth. Truth and love are connected and are inseparable. Truth is absolute and it always existed. Humanity couldn't have established truth, since humanity hasn't been around forever. Therefore, a Being who always existed is the only one who could’ve established truth.
We, as humanity, have the potential to love. This is what makes us invaluable. This is also what makes us in the image of God. How so? Because truth and love are the core of His Being.
Understand that because there can only be one truth (By definition), there can only be one God and that God is the one who not only created humanity for love, but the God who also chose to sacrifice Himself for humanity because of love.
